Return and Refund Policy

At Alimama Auto Tools, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition received. Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Certain items may not be eligible for return once used, activated, registered, or connected to a vehicle, unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
